With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Jason Unwin brings a deep understanding of field operations and a passionate commitment to workplace safety. Starting his career in residential framing and advancing into commercial ironworking, Jason developed a hands-on appreciation for the challenges and responsibilities faced on every job site.In 2016, he transitioned into safety management, where he found his true calling — ensuring that every worker returns home safely at the end of the day. After three years as a safety consultant, Jason joined TJ Wies Contracting, where he has worked for more than six years and currently serves as Safety Director, a position he has held for the past three years.Driven by the belief that safety is everyone’s responsibility, Jason focuses on fostering a culture of accountability, communication, and care. His mission is simple yet vital: to make sure every task is done the right way — safely, every time — so everyone can go home sound to their friends and families.
