Based on the design of your building, Load Bearing Panel Systems utilize cold form wall panels, metal decking and floor joists. Wall panels are supplied with sheathing already affixed to them, decking is supplied already cut to length, and floor joists take the place of any C-stud or bar joists your project may call for. Additionally, weather barrier and outboard rigid insulation can be installed on the wall panels prior to shipment to meet your project needs. We take pride in being able to give solid budget numbers from very conceptual drawings and holding true to that budget throughout the process.
