On-site Fabrication

On-site fabrication is typically performed utilizing special-made on-site jigs or templates to repeatedly assemble uniform components and readily install on site. Examples include repetitive soffits or walls. This method is ideal for hotels, dorms, and office buildings—essentially any project that calls for simplistic repeated components.

Project Site location and logistics can sometimes make it counterproductive to fabricate off-site, but if design information can be confirmed and coordinated early and there is available space on-site TJ Wies Prefab can still prefabricate components on-site.  We are very flexible in our approach to prefabrication as every project is different.
